Thung Khe Pass (also known as Da Trang Pass) is located on the archway between Mai Chau and Moc Chau, on Highway 6 of Hoa Binh province. With an altitude of more than 1000 meters above the water level, Thung Khe Pass is considered one of the most scenic places in Hoa Binh province.

The pass is also known as the White Stone Pass because all the rocks here are white, at first glance as if covered with a thin layer of snow. When coming to Thung Khe Pass, visitors will be impressed by the majestic natural scenery covered in dense fog.

Looking down from the top of the pass, you can capture the whole scene at the foot of the pass with soft winding roads and green stretches of fields.

Mai Chau flagpole

Chieu Cave

As one of the famous tourist destinations in Mai Chau - Hoa Binh, Chieu Cave attracts many tourists with its mysterious beauty. To come to Chieu Cave, visitors have to go through more than 1200 stone steps in the middle of the green Xa Pung forest. 

The Chieu cave is divided into two floors with a high ceiling ring, making the atmosphere inside extremely airy. The deeper into the row, the more sparkling and fanciful stalactites appear.

Not to mention there are rare white stone slabs due to small stalactites falling from the ceiling of the cave, it takes thousands of years to build up.

Go Lao Waterfall

Go Lao waterfall is about 20 meters high. In the high water season, the waterfall from above pours down white streams of water, throwing dust all over the ravine.
